Volleyball Recap: Harrison Comes Up Short

Harrison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the La Junta Tigers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Cecilia Snyder paced Harrison's offense, picking up three kills. Snyder got some help from Audriyna Uribe and her five assists.

Harrison's defeat dropped their record down to 4-16. As for La Junta, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-9.

Harrison didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Coronado on the 28th. As for La Junta, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-2 defeat against Colorado Springs Christian on the 28th.
