Volleyball Recap: Northeast Ohio College Prep Starts Season with Defeat on the Road

Northeast Ohio College Prep kicked off their season on the road on Monday and hit a couple of potholes. They lost 3-0 to the Bard Early College Raptors. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-16, 25-13.

Bard Early College's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Alonso Ezell, who had 13 digs and three aces. Another player making a difference was Roberto Fernandez, who had 11 digs and three aces.

The win keeps Bard Early College at an undefeated 5-0.

Northeast Ohio College Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bard Early College, they will host St. Martin de Porres at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
