Soccer Recap: William Monroe Takes a Loss

The William Monroe Dragons didn't have quite enough to beat the Culpeper County Blue Devils on Thursday and fell 3-2.

William Monroe's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Culpeper County, they pushed their record up to 4-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Coming up, William Monroe will welcome Rockbridge County at 7:00 p.m. on April 4. The game will give William Monroe their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Culpeper County, they are taking a road trip to square off against Chancellor at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Chancellor will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Culpeper County surely won't give up without a fight.
