Volleyball Recap: Laker Comes Up Short

After flying high against Caro last Thursday, Laker came back down to earth. The Lakers fell just short of the Mt. Morris Panthers by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Lakers haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Laker's loss dropped their record down to 21-17-3. As for Mt. Morris, their win bumped their record up to 21-28-3.

Coming up, Laker will square off against Bad Axe at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Mt. Morris, they will head out to face off against Birch Run at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
