Curlew has gone 8-2 against Selkirk recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Cougars will venture away from home to take on the Rangers at 7:30 p.m. Curlew is looking for their season's first win.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 61-28, which was the final score in Curlew's tilt against Oroville on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Selkirk was able to grind out a solid victory over Wellpinit on Saturday, taking the game 71-59. The win continues a trend for the Rangers in their matchups with the Redskins: they've now won five in a row.

Selkirk now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Curlew, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Curlew couldn't quite get it done against Selkirk in their previous meeting back in January as they fell 64-51. Can the Cougars avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
