Volleyball Recap: Sandwich Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Sandwich was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Johnsburg Skyhawks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Skyhawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in August.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-14.

Sandwich's loss dropped their record down to 5-18. As for Johnsburg, their victory bumped their record up to 13-10.

Coming up, Sandwich will face off against Harvard at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Johnsburg, they will head out to square off against Woodstock North at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Thunder will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Skyhawks surely won't give up without a fight.
