Flag Football Recap: Bettye Davis East Anchorage Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Bettye Davis East Anchorage's offense. They lost 25-0 to the South Anchorage Wolverines on Tuesday. The Thunderbirds have struggled against the Wolverines recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

South Anchorage had a senior duo take command as Jillian Preston threw for 170 yards and three touchdowns and Brianna Bailey gained 90 total yards and a touchdown.

Bettye Davis East Anchorage's defeat dropped their record down to 1-13. As for South Anchorage, their victory bumped their record up to 11-5.
