Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Montgomery County). They came out on top against the Bourbon County Colonels by a score of 84-76 on Monday. The victory continues a trend for the Indians in their matchups with the Colonels: they've now won three in a row.

Montgomery County's win bumped their record up to 15-9. As for Bourbon County, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-12.

Montgomery County wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 64-62 victory against Covington Catholic on the 13th. As for Bourbon County, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 71-48 win against Menifee County on the 12th.
