Basketball Recap: Brooklyn Community Arts & Media Comes Up Short

After flying high against EBC/Bushwick last Tuesday, Brooklyn Community Arts & Media came back down to earth. The Brooklyn Community Arts & Media Lions received a blow on Wednesday as they fell 44-26 to Uncommon. The Lions have struggled against Uncommon recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Brooklyn Community Arts & Media's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Uncommon, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-2.

Brooklyn Community Arts & Media will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Medgar Evers College Prep at 4:30 p.m. on January 30th. As for Uncommon, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 31-17 win against Prospect Heights on the 18th.
