Basketball Recap: Stringtown Piles Up the Points Against Bennington

Stringtown won the last time they faced Bennington and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Stringtown Tigers took their game with ease, bagging a 56-24 win over the Bennington Bears. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matches by 23 points or more this season.

Stringtown is also on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.9 points per game. As for Bennington, they dropped their record down to 9-10 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home.

Stringtown does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bennington, they will face off against Colbert at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
