Highland had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Wauzeka-Steuben Hornets on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Cardinals haven't had any issues with the Hornets recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Highland can attribute much of their success to BRINLEIGH BOLLANT, who had eight digs and three aces.
