Baseball Recap: Mogadore Comes Up Short

Mogadore fell victim to Chippewa and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 7-0 to the Chipps. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mogadore's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Chippewa, they pushed their record up to 19-7 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Mogadore will be taking part in a tournament against LaBrae at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Vikings' pitching crew has only allowed 2.7 runs per game this season, so the Wildcats' hitters will have their work cut out for them. Chippewa does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
