Softball Recap: Ransom Everglades Takes a Loss

Ransom Everglades was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Miami Country Day Spartans, falling 16-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Raiders of the 16-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

Ransom Everglades' loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Miami Country Day, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Ransom Everglades has already played their next game, a 15-0 defeat against Key West on the 8th. As for Miami Country Day, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 11-1 win against Marathon on the 10th.
