Volleyball Recap: Alayna Frangella Key Part of Team Effort in Vikings Win + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Homewood-Flossmoor, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They came out on top against the Richards Bulldogs by a score of 2-0 on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Vikings also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Homewood-Flossmoor was: they took both sets by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-14.

Homewood-Flossmoor got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Alayna Frangella out in front who had six digs and two aces. That's the most aces Frangella has posted over her last five matches. Ihuoma Ozoh also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.
