Lewistown had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Cuba/Spoon River Valley Wildcats. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Indians have posted against the Wildcats since October 14, 2021.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Lewistown who won the one that mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 21-25, 15-13.

Lewistown's victory bumped their record up to 12-10. As for Cuba/Spoon River Valley, their loss ended a four-match streak of away wins and brought them to 9-4.

Coincidentally, Lewistown and Cuba/Spoon River Valley will both be playing Delavan the next time they take the court. The Wildcats will head out to face the Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, while the Indians will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
