Basketball Recap: Weldon Snaps 11-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Weldon's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Southeast Halifax Trojans with a sharp 63-38 victory. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Chargers considering their 28-point performance the matchup before.

Despite the defeat, Southeast Halifax saw an underclassman step up: sophomore O'Tavion Arrington posted nine points and four steals. Arrington has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last five times he's played. Another player making a difference was Woodrow Harper, who earned six points and three steals.
