When it comes to explaining why Bishop Carroll lost, one person who can't be blamed is Ian Muth. Despite the final result, he scored 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jackson Bergkamp, who scored six points.
Bishop Carroll has not been sharp recently, as they've lost six of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season. As for Lawrence Free State, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-6.
