West Bend West and West Bend East faced off in a cross-town battle on Monday. The Spartans came out on top in a nail-biter against the Suns, sneaking past 3-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 11-6 back in April.
Colin Grass tossed a big game, pitching five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances.
