Football Game Preview: Central Cambria Red Devils vs. Forest Hills Rangers + How To Watch

Central Cambria hasn't had much luck against Forest Hills recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Red Devils will be playing at home against the Rangers at 7:00 p.m.

Central Cambria's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Chestnut Ridge on Friday. They took a blow against the Lions, falling 27-0.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Forest Hills and Bedford, and Forest Hills kept the tradition alive. The Rangers took down the Bisons 21-7 on Friday. Given the Rangers' advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania football rankings (they are ranked 129th, while the Bisons are ranked 302nd) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Central Cambria better keep an eye on Xander Richardson. He was instrumental in Forest Hills' win, rushing for 190 yards and a pair of TDs while picking up 9.0 yards per carry. What's more, Richardson racked up six receiving yards, the most he's had since back in August of 2024.

Forest Hills didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Bedford to a completion percentage of just 26.7%. The Rangers weren't nearly as limited: they posted one of 62.5%.

Forest Hills' victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Central Cambria, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.
