Basketball Recap: Roswell Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Roswell came into Tuesday's game having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They secured a 60-55 W over the Alpharetta Raiders on Tuesday. This was payback for the Hornets, who suffered a 69-57 loss the last time these two teams met.

Roswell's victory bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Alpharetta, they dropped their record down to 2-10 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Roswell will be taking part in a tournament against Lugoff-Elgin at 2:00 p.m. on December 27th. Alpharetta and Sequoyah will compete for holiday cheer at 8:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Sequoyah's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three contests.
