Pineywoods Community Academy took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 43-22 margin over Huntington.

Meanwhile, Diboll was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 40-34 to Pollok Central. The contest marked the Lumberjacks' lowest-scoring game so far this season.
