Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Carroll couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell 3-1 to the Homestead Spartans on Wednesday. Carroll's defeat signaled the end of their 13-game winning streak.

Their goal came courtesy of Jonah Barranda, who's now up to four this season.

Carroll's loss dropped their record down to 16-2-1. As for Homestead, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-3-3.

Carroll does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Homestead, they will challenge Harrison at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
