Baseball Recap: Mohawk Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Mohawk's offense. They came up short against the Upper Sandusky Rams on Monday, falling 8-0. Surprisingly, this marked the fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor in this series.

Mohawk's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-12. As for Upper Sandusky, they pushed their record up to 12-8 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Coming up, Mohawk will venture away from home to square off against Riverdale at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Upper Sandusky will be paying especially close attention to the Warriors' contest: after the Warriors face off against the Falcons, they'll take on Upper Sandusky again at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
