Basketball Recap: Gallatin Comes Up Short

Gallatin suffered their biggest loss since February 24, 2024 on Tuesday. They lost 67-46 to the Beech Buccaneers. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Green Wave have suffered against the Buccaneers since January 31, 2020.

Gallatin's loss dropped their record down to 12-8. As for Beech, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-4.

Gallatin will venture away from home to square off against Riverdale at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Gallatin is facing Riverdale at the right time seeing as Riverdale is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Beech, they will take on Hendersonville at 7:30 p.m. on February 11th.
