Basketball Recap: Potter's House Christian Takes a Loss

On Saturday, the Potter's House Christian Lions were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 63-58 to the Bull City Prep National Bulls. While losing is never fun, the Lions can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 201st in Florida, while the Bulls are ranked 23rd in North Carolina).

Potter's House Christian has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season. As for Bull City Prep National, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-10.

Potter's House Christian has already played their next game, an 85-74 defeat against West Oaks Academy on the 14th. As for Bull City Prep National, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, an 80-72 victory against IMG Academy State on the 12th.
