Basketball Recap: Patrick School Skates Past Hun with Ease

Patrick School won the last time they faced Hun and things went their way on Sunday too. The Patrick School Celtics blew past the Hun Raiders, posting a 79-44 win. The Celtics have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 22 points or more this season.

Patrick School's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jaysean Williams led the charge by putting up 19 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Brandon Lee, who posted 16 points.

The victory made it two in a row for Patrick School and bumps their season record up to 8-2. As for Hun, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5.

Patrick School and William Penn Charter will round out the year against one another at at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Patrick School knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past ten contests -- so hopefully William Penn Charter likes a good challenge. As for Hun, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Westtown at 5:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
