Loganville waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They came out on top against the Alcovy Tigers by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 on Tuesday.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Loganville took both sets by at least 17 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-8.

Maddy Stolarik paced Loganville's offense, picking up four kills. Stolarik got some help from Avery Anderson and her eight assists. Anderson also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Katie Brand, racking up four apiece.

Loganville's victory bumped their record up to 18-15. As for Alcovy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-13.

Looking ahead, Loganville will be playing at home against East Jackson at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Alcovy, they will challenge Jackson County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
