Calhoun waltzed into their contest on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They breezed by the Northwest Whitfield Bruins to the tune of 83-39. The Yellow Jackets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 23 points or more this season.

Calhoun's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Trey Perkins, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds. Jaxon Moore was another key player, putting up seven points in addition to eight boards and six assists.

Calhoun smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 24 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 15 offensive boards in four consecutive matches.

Calhoun is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season.
