Soccer Recap: Brookland-Cayce Takes a Loss

Brookland-Cayce came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 5-0 to the Aiken Fighting Green Hornets. Brookland-Cayce haven't had much luck with Aiken recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Brookland-Cayce's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Aiken, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Brookland-Cayce will take on rival Gilbert at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Aiken is set to square off against their familiar foe Midland Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
