Volleyball Recap: Pawnee Takes a Loss

Pawnee lost against Riverton back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Indians fell 2-0 to the Hawks. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Pawnee ultimately came up short, they really made Riverton work, particularly in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 26-24.

Pawnee's loss dropped their record down to 14-13. As for Riverton, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-13 record this season.

Pawnee will face off against North Greene at 8:15 a.m. on Saturday. As for Riverton, they will take on Carlinville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
