Volleyball Recap: Algoma Comes Up Short

Algoma was the 2-1 winner over Mishicot when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Wolves took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indians on Saturday.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Mishicot scored at least 17 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-17.

Algoma's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Mishicot, their victory bumped their record up to 5-13.

Algoma has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Central Wisconsin Christian on the 20th. Mishicot has also already played their next match (against Wittenberg-Birnamwood), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
