Volleyball Recap: Weston Takes a Loss

Weston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Wayland Warriors. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Weston's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Wayland, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Weston will challenge Nipmuc Regional at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Wayland, they will square off against Westford Academy at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday.
