Hallsville won the last time they faced Lakeview Centennial and things went their way on Friday too. The Bobcats came out on top against the Patriots by a score of 2-0. The victory was some much needed relief for the Bobcats as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Kylee Fernandez-Jenkins paced Hallsville's offense, picking up five kills. Fernandez-Jenkins got some help from Tailor Benson and her 11 assists. Ariana Phenix controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Hallsville's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Lakeview Centennial, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Hallsville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against South Garland on the 16th. As for Lakeview Centennial, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Rowlett on the 16th.
