The Hamilton Marines are taking a road trip to square off against the West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] Cougars at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Hamilton, who comes in off a win.

Hamilton took a loss when they played away from home two weeks ago, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed last Wednesday. They took their match with ease, bagging a 50-15 win over Pansophia Academy. The Marines' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] played a tough game on Monday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against Central/Southeastern, falling 64-41. The Cougars haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.

Despite the defeat, West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Ali Little posted 14 points and five rebounds. Little is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last four games she's played.

Hamilton's victory ended a seven-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-5. As for West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs], their loss dropped their record down to 4-4.
