It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Ord can now relate to. They fell 23-13 to the Grand Island Central Catholic Crusaders on Friday. The Chanticleers' loss signaled the end of their eight-game winning streak.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Grand Island Central Catholic to victory, but perhaps none more so than Grayson Sack, who threw for 206 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 17 passes, and also rushed for 68 yards. 99 of Sack's passing yards were hauled in by Connor Haney, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.

Ord's defeat dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Grand Island Central Catholic, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 11-1.
