Softball Recap: Riverside Takes a Loss

The Riverside Generals lost 22-6 to the Harvest Community Warriors on Tuesday. The Generals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

A Jackson was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. That double was her first of the season. Z Washington was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double.

Riverside's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Harvest Community, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season.

Riverside will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Wolfson at 6:00 p.m. The Generals' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Wolfpack have averaged an impressive 10.4 runs per game this season. As for Harvest Community, they will venture away from home to take on Eagle's View at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
