Volleyball Recap: Osceola Find Success

Osceola won the last time they faced Baldwin-Woodville and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Chieftains walked away with a 3-1 win over the Blackhawks. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Chieftains.

Osceola walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-12, 19-25, 25-19.

Osceola can attribute much of their success to Beth Viebrock, who had 13 digs and three aces. That's the most digs Viebrock has posted over her last six contests.

Viebrock wasn't the only good servers: Osceola was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. The Chieftains are 5-1 when they serve at least ten aces.

Osceola now has a winning record of 19-18. As for Baldwin-Woodville, with the loss, they broke their five-match winning streak and moved their record to 20-16.

Osceola has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Amery on the 23rd. As for Baldwin-Woodville, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-2 victory against St. Croix Central on the 16th.
