Baseball Game Preview: Central Bucks East Patriots vs. Central Bucks West Bucks

For the second straight game, Central Bucks East will face off against Central Bucks West. The Patriots will face off against the Bucks at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday.

Central Bucks East easily dispatched Pennridge on Friday, but unfortunately both the margin and the ultimate result were a different story in this one. The Patriots fell just short of Central Bucks West by a score of 6-4 on Monday.

For Central Bucks West's part, Jack Hogenauer was incredible, going 2-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and two RBI. Hogenauer is becoming a predictor of the Bucks' success: when he posts at least two runs the team is undefeated (and 4-6 when he doesn't). The team also got some help courtesy of Ernie Sanchez, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.

Central Bucks East's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Central Bucks West, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 10-6.
