Basketball Recap: West Field Triumphs

On Thursday, the West Field Longhorns earned a 45-37 win over the Northridge Knights.

Jaxon Slaugh was his usual excellent self, going 6 of 12 en route to 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Harrison, who posted 11 points and five rebounds.

West Field now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Northridge, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

West Field will be playing in front of their home fans against Ridgeline at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Ridgeline will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something West Field surely won't give up without a fight. Northridge will take on Farmington in a holiday battle at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday at. That contest will pit two of the most dominant guards against one another: Cameron Brower and Cael Lake.
