Russellville came into Saturday's matchup looking for another win against Eldon, but Corin Davis wouldn't allow it. The Mustangs walked away with a 62-51 victory over the Indians on Saturday for which the team can thank Davis, who dropped a double-double with 20 points and 13 boards. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.

Phoebe Zacher also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season. She is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as she's posted one of at least 56% in the last three games she's played.

The win was the third in a row for Eldon, bringing their record up to 9-2. As for Russellville, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eldon will face off against Southern Boone at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Russellville, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Chamois at 6:00 p.m. on the 20th.
