Soccer Recap: West Holmes Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 2-2 at halftime, West Holmes was not quite Cambridge's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Bobcats by a score of 5-4. Garrett Obrst probably wasn't too happy after the matchup: he scored every single goal for West Holmes and still walked away on the losing team.

West Holmes' loss dropped their record down to 6-9-1. As for Cambridge, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-8-2 record this season.

West Holmes will head out to take on Loudonville at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. West Holmes are facing Loudonville at the right time seeing as Loudonville are stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Cambridge, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Morgan at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Cambridge's defense better be ready for this one: Morgan have averaged an impressive 5.4 goals per game this season.
