Baseball Recap: Hopkins Takes a Loss

Hopkins lost against Edina back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Royals fell just short of the Hornets by a score of 2-1. The Royals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hopkins' defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Edina, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-6-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hopkins will take on St. Louis Park at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Edina, they will square off against Rogers at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
