Basketball Recap: West Ridge Takes a Loss

West Ridge lost against Tennessee back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The West Ridge Wolves fell to the Tennessee Vikings 54-48. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

It was another big night for Colin Brown, who went 12 of 20 en route to 29 points and five steals for Tennessee. Another player making a difference was Braden Howard, who posted 11 points.

West Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Tennessee, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Ridge will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Science Hill at 7:00 p.m. on February 7th. As for Tennessee, they will head out to face off against Unicoi County at 8:00 p.m. on January 14th.
