Soccer Game Preview: Heritage vs. Legend + How To Watch

The Heritage Eagles will venture away from home to face off against the Legend Titans at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Heritage took a three-goal loss the last time they faced off against Columbine, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Eagles narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Rebels 2-1. Heritage's winning goal came courtesy of Aiden Ley.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Legend). Everything went their way against Douglas County on Tuesday as they made off with a 4-0 win. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Legend considering their one-goal performance the matchup before.

The victory made it two in a row for Legend and bumps their season record up to 3-3-2. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two matches. As for Heritage, the victory also got them back to even at 3-3-2.

Heritage was able to grind out a solid win over Legend in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
