Mildred is 3-0 against Wortham since December of 2014 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Mildred Eagles will take on the Wortham Bulldogs at 2:30 p.m. Mildred will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Mildred will head into Saturday's match hoping to keep the good times rolling: they proved they can win big on Friday (they won by 38) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Penelope 2-0. The two-point effort marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

While Wortham didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-17), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They secured a 67-61 W over Italy last Friday. The victory was nothing new for the Bulldogs as they're now sitting on four straight.

Wortham is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.2 points per game. As for Mildred, the win got them back to even at 7-7.

Everything went Mildred's way against Wortham in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, as Mildred made off with a 63-37 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Mildred since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
