Volleyball Game Preview: Round Mountain Knights vs. Coleville Wolves

The Round Mountain Knights will face off against the Coleville Wolves at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Round Mountain sitting on six straight wins and Coleville on five.

Round Mountain is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They put the hurt on Wells with a sharp 3-0 victory.

The match came down to the wire multiple times:two sets needed extra rallies to declare a winner. The final score came out to 25-23, 26-24, 27-25.

Meanwhile, Coleville was able to grind out a solid win over Adelson on Thursday, taking the game 3-1.

Round Mountain's victory bumped their record up to 18-5. As for Coleville, their win bumped their record up to 18-4.

Round Mountain came out on top in a nail-biter against Coleville in their previous meeting back in November of 2024, sneaking past 3-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Knights since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
