Soccer Recap: Bayside Takes a Loss

Bayside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 5-0 to the Cocoa Beach Minutemen. While losing is never fun, the Bears can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 349th, while the Minutemen are ranked 58th).

Bayside now has a losing record at 3-4-1. As for Cocoa Beach, they pushed their record up to 6-1-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Bayside didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 3-2 win against Space Coast on the 10th. As for Cocoa Beach, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 5-2 victory against Rockledge on the 11th.
