The Butler Lynx can now show off 13 landslide victories after their most recent game on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Tinley Park 79-26 on the road. The win was nothing new for Butler as they're now sitting on seven straight.

Butler was led to victory by Xamiya Walton and Xyanna Walton. Walton scored 20 points along with eight assists and eight steals, while Walton dropped a double-double on 26 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Walton has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Cyra Conwell, who scored nine points along with five assists and five steals.

Butler has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 22-10 record this season. As for Tinley Park, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-17.

Butler is on the road again on Tuesday and plays Providence Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on February 20th. One thing working in Butler's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last five games. Tinley Park does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
