Bellefonte is 8-2 against Clearfield since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Raiders will host the Bison  at 4:30  p.m. Bellefonte is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.5  runs per game  this season.
Bellefonte's pitching crew heads into the  contest  hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed  on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Penns Valley Area as they made off with  an  11-0 victory. The  win continues a trend for the Raiders in their matchups with the Rams: they've now won seven in a row.
 Peyton Vancas was a  major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he  didn't allow a single  earned run over five innings pitched. He also  tossed  no  earned runs, which is notable because Bellefonte is 4-2 when he allows at  most  one  earned run, but 5-6 otherwise. Vancas was also big at the plate,  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances with one  run and one  RBI.

 In other batting news,  Caleb Auman was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with three  RBI and one  double. Those  two  hits gave  him a new career-high.  Zach Lehman was another key player,  getting on base  in two of his three plate appearances with two  runs and two  RBI.
 Bellefonte was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .391. They are 4-1 when  they post a batting average of .375 or better.
For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times Clearfield and Central have met, but the home crowd finally got their W  on Friday. The Bison came out on top against the Dragons by a score of  6-3.
 The team  relied heavily on  Kam Kushner, who  went 2-for-3 with one  run, one  double,  and one  RBI. Another player making a difference was  Christian Welker, who  went 2-for-3 with one  run, one  double,  and one  RBI.
 Bellefonte now  has a winning record of 9-8. As for Clearfield,  the  victory  got them back to even at 9-9.
 Everything went Bellefonte's way against Clearfield when the teams last played  back in March, as Bellefonte made off with  a  10-0 win. Do  the Raiders have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bison turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
