Volleyball Recap: Sisseton Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Sisseton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They came up short against the Hamlin Chargers, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Redmen of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-13, 25-1.

Hamlin can attribute much of their success to Jayci Trowbridge, who had eight digs and three aces. What's more, Trowbridge posted three assists, the most she's had over her last eight matches.

Sisseton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Hamlin, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-4.

Looking ahead, Sisseton will square off against Waverly/South Shore at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hamlin, they will challenge DeSmet at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
